Remarks
This is an exception-safe alternative to NativeConvert.ToPosixMadviseAdvice.
If successful, this method stores the managed equivalent value of value into rval. Otherwise, rval will contain a 0 cast to a Mono.Unix.Native.PosixMadviseAdvice.
