value as a sbyte.

Exceptions

Type	Reason
ArgumentNullException	value is a null reference.
FormatException	value cannot be converted to a numeric value in the specified format.
OverflowException	The numeric value of value is greater than sbyte.MaxValue or less than sbyte.MinValue.

Remarks

This method parses value using the information in a System.Globalization.NumberFormatInfo instance initialized for the current system culture.

This member is not CLS-compliant. For a CLS-compliant alternative, use Convert.ToInt16(object)(string).
