Writes a specified character array followed by a line terminator to the text stream.
Parameters
- buffer
- The char array from which data is read. If buffer is null , only the line terminator is written.

Remarks
This version of TextWriter.WriteLine is equivalent to TextWriter.Write(char)( buffer) followed by TextWriter.WriteLine().
Note: This method does not search the specified array for individual newline characters (hexadecimal 0x000a) and replace them with TextWriter.NewLine.Operation
