Remarks

This constructor initializes the TypeLoadException.Message property of the new instance using message. If message is null, the TypeLoadException.Message property is initialized to the system-supplied message provided by the constructor that takes no arguments.

The TypeLoadException.TypeName property is initialized to string.Empty, and the TypeLoadException.InnerException property is initialized to null .
