Remarks

This constructor initializes the XmlException.Message property of the new instance using message. If the message parameter is null, the XmlException.Message property is initialized to the system-supplied message provided by the constructor that takes no arguments.

The XmlException.InnerException property is initialized to null. The XmlException.LineNumber and XmlException.LinePosition properties are initialized to zero.
