Mono Class Library: System.IO.StringReader Overview | Members

System.IO.StringReader.Dispose Method

Releases system resources used by the current instance. [Edit]

protected override void Dispose (bool disposing)

Parameters

disposing
true to release both managed and unmanaged resources; false to release only unmanaged resources. [Edit]

Remarks

When the disposing parameter is true, this method releases all resources held by any managed objects that this System.IO.StringReader references. This method invokes the Dispose() method of each referenced object.

Note: StringReader.Dispose(bool) can be called multiple times by other objects. When overriding StringReader.Dispose(bool)(bool), be careful not to reference objects that have been previously disposed in an earlier call to StringReader.Dispose(bool) .
