A int specifying the position within the array of the first byte to encode. [Edit]

count

A int specifying the number of bytes to encode. [Edit]

Exceptions

Type	Reason
ArgumentNullException	buffer is null. [Edit]
ArgumentException	The buffer length minus index is less than count. [Edit]
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	index or count is less than zero. [Edit]
InvalidOperationException	The XmlWriter.WriteState is WriteState.Closed. [Edit]
