A int specifying the position within the array of the start of the text to write. [Edit]

count

A int specifying the number of characters to write. [Edit]

ArgumentNullException	buffer is null. [Edit]
ArgumentException	The buffer length minus index is less than count. [Edit]
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	index or count is less than zero. [Edit]
InvalidOperationException	The XmlWriter.WriteState is WriteState.Closed. [Edit]

Remarks

Operation

This method writes raw text from a character array. This method does not encode any characters.

Note to Inheritors

This method must be overridden in order to provide the functionality described above, as there is no default implementation.
