Remarks

The DateTime.ParseExact(string, string, IFormatProvider) and DateTime.ToString methods associate the format pattern returned by this property with the 'T' format character.

The property value of the culture invariant DateTimeFormatInfo.LongTimePattern is "HH:mm:ss".
